The consultants on your dedicated team bring over 40 years of collective family office/family enterprise and investment/wealth management experience. Your team will personally conduct the search in its entirety and will be personally accessible to you throughout the assignment. We personally commit the time and energy necessary to bring each search assignment to a successful conclusion.
Commitment
Mack International only accepts a limited number of assignments at any one time in order to devote all of its energy/resources to a specific client. In addition, after the completion of a search engagement, we remain available to the client and the selected candidate to help facilitate the candidate's successful acclimation to the client and to serve as an ongoing resource to provide coaching and/or other support to ensure the selected candidate's success.
Minimal Off-limits
Mack International focuses on establishing relationships with a select number of clients. Our goal is to become our clients’ primary executive search consultant for the long-term. This enables us to better serve our clients and to minimize “off-limits” in our recruiting efforts on behalf of our clients.
