Linda Mack to Address Latin American Private Banking Conference

CHICAGO, IL, October 23, 2008Mack International, a retained executive search and consulting services firm, today announced that Linda Mack, founder and president of the firm, will participate in a panel discussion at the Private Banking Latin America 2008 conference, to be held at The Four Seasons hotel in Miami, October 29-30, 2008.

Ms. Mack will participate on a panel discussion titled “Attracting and Retaining Private Banking Staff,” that will discuss strategies for finding and keeping talented professionals by providing training, compensation and a successful work culture. The session will also highlight the thoughts of Chris Carnahan, Talent Manager,Threshold Group and Elise Freedman, Senior Talent Management Consultant, Watson Wyatt.

“Private Latin American banks have a significant shortage of wealth management talent,” said Ms. Mack. “In order to attract high performing employees, banks need to implement the best training and incentives to hire and retain the right banking professionals.”

This year, the net income of private banks has grown 29.3% in Brazil, 19.5% in Mexico, 18% in Argentina and 11% in Chile to total 5.5 trillion in investible assets. The Private Banking Latin America 2008 conference Web site states that the agenda has been designed to reflect the recent private wealth market development in Latin America, and provide participants with perspectives from a variety of international wealth management professionals.
