Monday, February 23, Ms. Mack will speak in a pre-conference workshop that focuses on hiring, motivating and retaining qualified professional staff. The first event, Finding the Right Talent, is a panel discussion where Ms. Mack will discuss executive search tactics with representatives from KCG Capital and Convergent Wealth Advisors. Following lunch, Ms. Mack will present The Vetting Process with Teresa Leigh, Founder and CEO of Teresa Leigh Household & Property Management LLC, who will share strategies for successfully screening candidates.

The Terrapinn Private Banking World 2009 Conference will focus on helping private bankers and family offices plan for a 21st century economy by providing more than 50 speakers who will give a complete picture of the state of private banking amid the global economic crisis.

“The goal of the pre-conference workshop is to help family offices effectively use their resources to make sound hiring decisions,” said Mack.
