We build a search schedule that details dates and deliverables for each assignment.
Mack International Search Process Overview
We begin the search process with an in depth study and assessment of your needs, objectives, values and culture. In our experience, this is critical to the success of the search. We conduct a 360 degree assessment which includes a structured discussion with all of the individuals who comprise the key constituencies with whom the position will need to effectively work/collaborate in order to be successful.
We work in close partnership with you to define the detailed position specification and ideal candidate profile and to ensure that there is clarity, consensus and alignment regarding the position and ideal candidate profile.
We help you set/refine realistic parameters for compensation, performance expectations and performance measurements for the position.
We develop a customized recruiting strategy for each assignment and conduct targeted, comprehensive market research, which we combine with our extensive network of contacts and referral sources in the family office and wealth management/investment management markets on a local, regional and national basis.
We move quickly and diligently to identify and assess potential candidates and conduct detailed, substantive interviews with each individual before presenting you with a slate of suitable candidates.
We present you with a slate of candidates recommended for the position. We provide you with a profile of each candidate on the slate and review their suitability with you in detail.
We are proud of our track record in having always delivered the slate of candidates to our client on the date specified in the search schedule and the slate of candidates has always been “on target”. We are relentless in our dedication and persistence in finding candidates who are the right “culture” fit for our clients - in our experience, this is critical for success.
We coordinate and participate closely with you throughout the entire candidate interview, evaluation and selection process.
We work in close partnership with you to facilitate the negotiation of the compensation package and the successful closing of the search with the chosen candidate accepting your offer.
We conduct in depth professional references on your behalf for the selected candidate.
Once the search has been completed, we work closely with you on a plan to successfully integrate the new individual into their position with your organization and remain an ongoing resource to you and the new executive to help facilitate their successful acclimation and ongoing success.
