Mack International, a premier retained executive search and consulting services firm, announced that Linda Mack, founder and president of the firm, will speak at the 9th Annual Family Office Wealth Conference. The conference will be held September 21-23, 2008 at the Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach, California.

The 2008 Family Office Wealth Conference is titled Maintaining Equilibrium for Affluent Families in a Riskier Environment and will focus on the combined risks in credit markets and political fronts for family office wealth managers. Ms. Mack will co-present the topic Evolving Compensation Trends for Single Family Office Executive Directors with Russ Prince, president of Prince & Associates. During this session Ms. Mack and Mr. Prince will discuss the current demand for executive directors and also provide a framework for families who want to attract and retain valuable executives.

“Prince & Associates have compiled a Compensation Report that has yielded some interesting results relating to differences in job satisfaction,” said Linda Mack. “We will compare compensation structures and provide guidance on how to design compensation and incentive plans that are attractive to family office executives.”
