Brian Adams

Brian Adams brings extensive experience in family office leadership, private equity, and real estate investment. He currently serves on the board of Sirrom Partners LP, a single-family office investing across private and public asset classes since 2008. Additionally, Brian is the host of the Mack Podcast, where he shares expert insights and industry updates for family office professionals.

A dynamic leader and network builder, Brian is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Fortaleza, a global network of family office professionals dedicated to service and generational leadership. He is also the Co-Founder of Somos22, a platform that connects single-family offices through curated events and experiences.

Brian’s influence extends to advisory and leadership roles. He has served on the Investment Committee for Solidus LP, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on healthcare and technology. From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the Next Gen Advisory Faculty for the Institute of Private Investors/Campden, helping prepare rising generations for the stewardship of family wealth. He has also contributed as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Southeastern Family Office Forum.

Brian’s expertise in real estate private equity is underscored by his role in co-founding two firms with a combined portfolio exceeding $600 million. His background in family office operations is complemented by his leadership within organizations such as YPO, the Institute of Private Investors, and the Southeastern Family Office Forum.

A former practicing attorney, Brian earned his J.D. from Suffolk University and graduated with honors from Wesleyan University with a B.A.
