The Dealmakers Conference will be held April 3-4 at the InterContinental Miami, in Miami Beach, Florida.

Opal’s Annual Real Estate Investors Summit attracts real estate professionals, hedge fund managers, private investors, family members, family office executives and institutional investors.

“The conference focuses on the latest developments in the marketplace with discussions that analyze current real estate market opportunities and challenges, examine best practices and explore new deal-making strategies,” said Linda Mack.

On Thursday, April 4, Linda Mack will moderate a panel in a session titled “Investment Opportunities.” The session will provide a detailed discussion about real estate opportunities such as student housing, assisted living/skilled nursing facilities, international projects, hotels and resorts, multifamily developments and other hot sectors and niche markets.

“The panel will examine the many nuanced considerations associated with each type of real estate investment and provide attendees with insights and practical, relevant information regarding overall trends, opportunities and challenges in the markets,” noted Mack.
