Mack International on Panel at The Families in Business Conference
CHICAGO, IL, May 30, 2007 — Mack International, a premier retained executive search and consulting services firm, announced that Linda Mack, founder and president of the firm, will be a panelist at The Families in Business Conference. This private meeting, held exclusively for leaders, owners and senior executives of family-owned businesses, will take place on June 14 & 15, 2007 at the Mid America Club in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Mack will be speaking on a panel headed by Andrew Keyt, Executive Director of the Loyola Family Business Center. Also on the panel is Lansing Crane, CEO of Crane & Co. and Martha Jahn Martin, Human Resources Director of Chicago Metallic Corporation. In this session, the group will discuss the issue of selecting and recruiting senior non-family executives. They will delve into details such as compensation and incentives for non-family executives, as well as managing the dynamics of non-family and family executives working together.
